Refund policy

Return/Exchange Policy:
BY PURCHASING AN ITEM ON OUR WEBSITE YOU ARE EXPLICITLY AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF OUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY.

WE DO NOT OFFER MONEY-BACK, or CREDIT CARD REFUNDS; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do, however, offer exchanges for different size and/or color, or a store credit for unwanted items within 14 Days of the receipt of you merchandise. Store credit will be held for up to 6 months from the original purchase, after which the store credit will be forfeited.

IF YOU DESIRE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN CREDIT:
The first step is to email Mare Sole Amore customer service at tim.fraleigh@maresoleamore.net for a return authorization and return mailing label.

You will not be charged shipping costs for your first exchange. If you require multiple exchanges, the shipping charges will be charged to the same credit card used to make your purchase.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be new, unused, resellable as new, and in its original packaging.

Clearance, or Sale, Priced Items are not eligible for exchanges, store credit, or refunds of any kind.

INCLUDE THIS WITH YOUR RETURN:
Prior to returning your item, please fill-out the Return Form received inside the packaging attached to the invoice. It is important to fill-out completely this form with the items you wish to exchange/return, the reason for your return, the order number, and the size or color you'd like to receive in exchange. If you misplaced this form, please note these same pieces of information on a paper that you will include with the merchandise being returned.
- DON'T FORGET ORDER NUMBER AND FULL BILLING NAME ON THE RETURN FORM.

REMEMBER USE THE CORRECT PACKAGING FOR YOUR RETURN:
All items being returned must be returned within Official US Postal Service packaging, or a standard brown box. The original merchandise wrapping or shoe box must accompany the product inside the approved outer packaging. Product returned without conforming to these instructions will incur an extra restocking fee.

Only items purchased from MareSoleAmore.com  can be returned/exchanged using these instructions. Items of the same brand purchased through any other retailer must be returned to the retailer from which they were purchased.

Credit for the exchanged or returned items will be given once the items are received and inspected to conform to the return policy mentioned above. We will notify you if there is any deviation from the return specifications.  Exchanges are usually shipped within 48 hours after which the items have been received and confirmed by Mare Sole Amore customer service.

Damaged Goods: 

If an item is damaged during shipment, or arrives defective, we will replace that item with the same item, if possible, or offer an exchange or store credit if replacement is not an option. To initiate a return for this purpose, email Mare Sole Amore customer service at tim.fraleigh@maresoleamore.net and we will determine the best course of action.
An email for damaged for defective goods must be received within 14 days of the delivery the merchandise.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
